1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Lederman Caterers Company. 2. Services Provided
Lederman Caterers provides professional Glatt Kosher catering and related event services for weddings, corporate functions, private events, and other special occasions throughout the State of New York and surrounding areas. Services may include menu planning, food preparation, staffing, delivery, setup, and coordination, depending on the agreed scope.
All services are subject to availability, written agreement, and confirmation by the Company.
3. Event Booking and Confirmation
To secure your event date, a signed service agreement and deposit are required. Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is received in writing and the required deposit has been paid.
The Company reserves the right to decline service requests at its sole discretion.
4. Payments and Fees
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, additional guests, extended service hours, or special requests.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable due to the reservation of resources, staff, and preparation.
Changes to guest count, menu, or event details must be communicated in writing. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate event details, including location, guest count, and timing. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows catering services and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The client is also responsible for any damages caused by guests to Company property, equipment, or staff.
7. Food Safety and Liability
The Company follows all applicable food safety regulations under New York State and local health authorities. Once food has been delivered or served, the Company is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or consumption outside of recommended timeframes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lederman Caterers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, government restrictions, labor disputes, emergencies, or venue-related issues.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, menus, and design elements, is the property of Lederman Caterer and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
11. Website Use
